Art Raffle Rules & Guidelines - Fall Fest 2023, Hosted by Line X Line Realty

Eligibility:

• Open exclusively to artisans from Pahrump, NV.
• Artisans must be 18 years of age or older or have a guardian's permission.
• Participation is free, but pre-registration is mandatory

Handmade Creations Submission:

• All handmade creations must be original and crafted by the submitting artisan.
• No reproductions or creations utilizing copyrighted materials will be accepted.
• Creations must be appropriate for all audiences, no obscene or offensive materials.
• Size and weight restrictions will be provided upon registration. If a creation is too large for the booth space, artisans have the option to display a high-quality photo of the item.
• Each artisan is limited to one submission.
• Each submission will be provided with a unique QR code linking to the item       description, creation process, and artisan bio and contact information.

Booth Allocation:

• Booth space will be provided by Line x Line Realty on a first-come, first-serve basis upon successful registration.
• Artisans are responsible for having their creation ready for display and dropped off at 2360 E. Calvada #A1 no later than Monday September 18th.
• Booth with be staffed by a Line x Line Realty representative at all times during event hours.

Raffle Ticket Sales:

• All ticket sales will be managed by event organizers.
• Artisans are prohibited from selling tickets directly.
• If less than 100 tickets are sold, the raffle will not proceed as originally planned. Artisans will receive their handmade creations back, and all raffle tickets will be collected. One ticket will be drawn, and the winner will receive a $25 Amazon gift certificate.
• If more than 100 tickets are sold, proceeds will be redistributed to the artisans as per the prize distribution.

Ticket Amount Distribution:

• Artisans receive the exact amount of the tickets purchased for their individual handmade entry.

Winner Announcement:

• Winners will be announced on Saturday September 23rd at 7 p.m.
• Winners do not have to be present during the announcement. They can opt to pick up their winnings on Saturday during the festival or at the Line X Line Realty office located at 2360 E Calvada Blvd. the following Monday.
• If winnings are not collected by the end of business hours on Monday, they will be considered forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.

Liabilities:

• Line x Line Realty and event organizers are not responsible for any damage or theft of handmade creations during the festival.

Code of Conduct:

• All participants are expected to maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
• Harassment, aggressive behavior, or any form of discrimination will result in immediate disqualification and removal from the festival.

Rights:

• Artisans retain all rights to their handmade creations. By participating, they grant Line X Line Realty and event organizers the right to use images of their creations for promotional purposes related to the event.

Cancellation & Changes:

• In the unlikely event of cancellation, artisans will be notified as soon as possible.
• Rules and event details are subject to change. Any significant changes will be       communicated to registered participants.

By registering and participating in this event, artisans from Pahrump, NV agree to abide by all the rules and guidelines. Any violations may result in disqualification and removal from the event.
